These Terms form a binding agreement between Balm Seo Studio LLC ("BalmaStudio", "we", "us"), operating from 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA, and the individual or entity placing an order ("Client"). By completing a purchase you accept these Terms in full.
BalmaStudio provides SEO and digital marketing services: technical SEO, local SEO, Google Ads management, content marketing, link building, and SEO audits. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are provided.
Full payment is required in advance via Stripe Checkout. Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the Client.
Work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving payment confirmation and any required access (Google Search Console, Analytics, CMS). Clients must provide required access within 7 business days of purchase. Projects with no response after 30 days may be treated as abandoned.
SEO strategy is adjusted monthly based on performance data. This is ongoing optimization, not a fixed deliverable with revision rounds. For content pieces, two rounds of edits are included per piece.
Google rankings are not guaranteed. SEO results depend on many factors including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and site age. We guarantee documented, transparent work -- not specific ranking positions.
Upon receipt of payment, the Client receives ownership of all content assets produced (articles, copy, etc.). BalmaStudio retains the right to reference the project type in general portfolio descriptions unless a full NDA is in place.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses from the use of our SEO services or changes in Google's algorithm.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
