Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

All BalmaStudio services are delivered digitally. Reports, audits, content, and strategy documents are delivered via email, Google Docs, or a shared project management workspace. No physical deliverables are provided under any circumstances.

2. Project Start Timeline

SEO work begins within 1-2 business days of receiving both payment confirmation and the required access credentials. If access is not provided within 7 business days of purchase, the start timeline extends accordingly.

3. Service Delivery Timelines

• Technical SEO: 30-day initial setup, then ongoing monthly
• Local SEO: 14-day initial setup, then ongoing monthly
• Google Ads Management: 7-day campaign setup, then ongoing monthly management
• Content Marketing: 21-day initial content plan, then weekly/bi-weekly delivery
• Link Building: 30-day ramp period, then ongoing monthly placements
• SEO Audit: 5-7 business days from access provision

4. Monthly Reporting

Monthly performance reports are delivered by the 7th business day of the following month covering the previous month's work and results.

5. Delays

If a delivery delay is anticipated on our side, we notify the client within 48 hours with a revised delivery date. Client-caused delays (access not provided, slow feedback) do not trigger refund eligibility.
