Outdoor gear retailer grew organic revenue 284% in 9 months
An outdoor equipment store in Colorado was spending heavily on paid search but had almost no organic presence for their core product categories. We rebuilt their technical foundation, developed a content cluster strategy around buyer-intent keywords, and started a systematic link building campaign targeting outdoor publications. Organic sessions went from 4,200 per month to 22,800. More importantly, organic revenue grew 284% in nine months as high-intent category pages began ranking in positions 1-3.
